The digital agency Bonhomme helps TAG Heuer produce an instructional video for in-store sales associates. The 4-minute motion design highlights the functionalities of the TAG Heuer Golf application, with the aim of explaining its use to a luxury-oriented clientele.
We imagined and designed characters with a modern, inclusive and playful direction. Characters are drawn in a different style for each moment of the user journey. We added a range of facial expressions and attitudes to express their emotions and punctuate the tutorial scenes.
We bring the characters to life using a process that allows us to manipulate the skeleton of the silhouettes. This technique adds a stylistic effect to the characters' movements, making each scene entertaining and dynamic.
We create a discreet yet elegant graphic universe that materializes the depth of field. This black-and-white backdrop gives the characters pride of place, while providing consistency to the various scenes.
We deliberately vary the angles of view so that the content remains captivating throughout the video. The playback is energized by shot values that we choose, sometimes distant, sometimes close-up, to surprise and renew attention.
By mastering every detail of the animation, we produce a dynamic, light-hearted tutorial. The chapter structure makes it easier to grasp the added value of such an application. Without even downloading it, TAG Heuer sales associates can understand and explain the application's functionalities.
